As your Buyers Agent, I will discuss your real estate goals with you so I have a clear understanding of what we need to accomplish, your time frame and situation. Every transaction is different and needs to be tailored to your goals.
As your Buyers Agent, it is my job to research properties that are for sale on the MLS, For Sale by Owners and any property that may suit your goals.
As your Buyers Agent, I will give you my undivided loyalty and commitment to find the properties that best fit your real estate goals. I will be available to discuss your wants and needs and to preview properties for you, research vital information that can enhance our bargaining power in the transaction such as reason for selling, Days on Market and sellers urgency.
As your Buyers Agent, I will prepare you for the transaction and we will determine your true "Buying Power" by getting you pre-approved from a qualified lending institution. I will advise you on the buying process and suggest a plan of action when we find any properties that suit your real estate goals.
As your Buyer Agent I will schedule showings of appropriate properties for your consideration. I will accompany all showings and discuss all properties with you to determine which properties suit your goals.
As your Buyers Agent I will prepare comparable SOLD listings and help determine fair market value for any properties that may suit your goals.
I will negotiate on your behalf the best possible price, terms and conditions for any properties that suit your real estate goals.
As your Buyers Agent I will be there throughout the entire transaction. I will help to ensure a smooth and timely closing and accompany you to the closing.
As your Buyers Agent I will be there after the closing. Should you, a friend or family member ever need assistance with accomplishing their real estate goals, it would be my pleasure to assist them as I have assisted you.
